peach pecan crunch

Yes this does look just like my berry crumbles but it tastes a whole lot different let me tell you. Also I'm not skilled in the baking department so my go-to desserts are fruit cobblers and crisps, and here I am just making them healthier.

peach pecan crunch
serves four help cup ramekins
ingredients:
2 large cling peaches, diced
1 tablespoon organic flour
2 tablespoon organic brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons organic rolled oats
1/4 cup pecan halves
dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl combine together peaches, flour, brown sugar and the two tablespoons rolled oats, once tossed together spoon into ramekins, they might look like it'll over flow a bit but that is totally fine, it cooks down. In a small cuisinart pulse the one-quarter cup rolled oats, pecans, nutmeg and cinnamon until crumbly (again with that term, I know) then spoon on top the peaches in ramekins. Place in oven a cook for 40 minutes. Serve warm and fresh out of the oven. Mangia!
